Hampers will be dispatched within 24 hours via Trans Direct, where the quickest source of delivery will be selected, Monday to Friday (excluding weekend's and public holidays) 

Deliveries are door to door and come with a tracking number once your purchase has been dispatched. Please note, this is an authority to leave service. 

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes & therefore require a residential or business address.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns and offer refunds on our customised hampers and gifts due to 'change of mind' as these items are brand new homewares and accessories that can not be resold.

The majority of our hampers and gifts include timber products that are sourced through artisans that use organic materials in which natural imperfections occur. This is not a fault with the product and we do not accept returns on all of our timber products.

Please note that our dried flower arrangements depicted are hand assembled, dependant on availability and will not be identical to those seen in the photography.

We ensure that every item packaged is carefully checked by our team prior to dispatch. Should an item arrive broken, please send us pictures within 2 days to our team at homewarehampers@outlook.com.au , so we can work with you to resolve any issues.

Please note that any returns required to us will be at your cost and we recommend the use of a reliable courier provider.
